Spring is a time of renewal and growth and it is the PERFECT time to learn about these important themes as it pertains to biblical scripture. As we see flowers start to bloom and the sun start to peek from behind the clouds, it is a good time to remember that no matter how difficult things can be on Earth, God can and does always find a way to renew life and give us the grace to grow anew.

I created a 31 day spring bible reading plan just for this purpose. It contains very short reading tasks, usually only a couple short verses that you can read and reflect on. the verses tell stories about when God renewed life and gave the gift of a fresh start several times in the bible. It is really such a beautiful thing that we have a God that does this for us!

When is the first day of spring in 2024?

The first year of Spring in 2024 is Tuesday March 19th. You can certainly begin this 33 bible reading plan whenever is best for you though, seeing as Spring last for about 90 days!

What does the Spring reading plan cover?

My Sring Bible Reading Plan includes verses and stories in the bible of when God gave the world grace and let people have a fresh start and renewal. From Genesis to Revelation, there are SO many instances of this happening throughout the Bible, and it really is such a wonderful thing to learn about.

Do I need anything else to study the bible?

Nope! I would say you just need my Spring Reading Plan and a bible, but you technically don’t even need a bible to complete the reading plan since there are many websites that provide scripture for free. KingJamesBibleOnline.com is my favorite!

Which version of the bible is best to read?

If you are just starting out, I recomend the NIV (New International Version) – it is a bit easier to digest and uses much easier vocabulary. I still prefer my NIV version of the bible to any other version!
